How do I determine my correct size in imogene + willie denim?
We recommend using our specific fit guides located on each product page. Since we use premium rigid and stretch denim, measuring a pair of jeans you already love and comparing them to our size chart is the most accurate method.
Do you offer hemming services for your jeans?
Yes, we offer chain-stitch hemming on all our denim. You can specify your desired inseam length at the time of purchase, or visit one of our retail locations for an in-person fitting.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-hemmed jeans are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the color and create unique wear patterns, we suggest washing your raw denim as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash cold with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. If you have requested custom hemming, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our tailors to complete your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
